Step 1: Brush the cabbage with olive oil.
Step 2: Heat a BBQ plate or a fry pan and grill/fry wedged cabbage on each side til golden brown and tender.
Step 3: Keep cabbage wedges warm; Cook the diced onion in the same pan/grill until just soft, then add the garlic to the pan to soften, then add the wine, cream and mustard. and bring to a boil and then reduce heat, simmer cream sauce for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 4: Pour the sauce over the cabbage wedges, sprinkle on the chopped chives and serve.
