Step 1: Whisk milk, cream, eggs, vanilla and honey.
Step 2: Place sourdough slices flat on the bottom of a dish large enough to hold them.
Step 3: Pour egg mix over bread, just to cover. Soak overnight.
Step 4: Carefully place soaked sourdough in a hot buttered pam sprayed pan.
Step 5: Place soaked sourdough in a hot buttered non-stick pan.
Step 6: Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Step 7: Remove from pan and put into a 300°F oven to finish cooking.
Step 8: Add more butter to pan previously used for the toast.
Step 9: Add your apples and saute until colored. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and allow apples to caramelize.
Step 10: Take toast from oven
Step 11: Top with caramelized apples
