  • 8 tablespoons salsa, prepared
  • 8 tablespoon grated Monterey jack cheese
  • 30 grams tortilla chips (crushed, 10 chips)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped (fresh)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 425°F. Arrange chicken cutlets on foil-lined baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon salsa on each cutlet.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon monterey jack cheese.

  • Step 3: In bowl, combine tortilla chips and cilantro and sprinkle over chicken. roast until cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.
