  • 4 ounces raw white rice ,(1/2 cup )
  • 4 ounces cup dry lentils,(1/2 cup )
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (16 ounce) vegetable broth
  • 1 can (16 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoons chili powder
