  • 1 box (18.25 ounce)white cake mix
  • 1 box (3 ounces)strawberry gelatin
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup walnuts,chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 package(10 ounces) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed,
  • 8 ounces heavy cream, whipped
  • 8 ounces fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoons confectioners sugar ,for dusting finished cake

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F

  • Step 2: Spray a 10 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Combine cake mix, gelatin, oil, nuts, eggs, flour and strawberries in large bowl.

  • Step 4: Beat on medium-high speed for 3 minutes or until well blended.

  • Step 5: Pour batter into pan and bake for 45 minutes. Or until done

  • Step 7: Pour into a greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  • Step 8: Sift confectioners sugar over top

  • Step 9: Serve plain or with whipped cream and fresh strawberries

  • Step 10: Cool 10 minutes on rack.
