  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup onion,minced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper,minced
  • 1 carrot ,minced
  • 1 tomato,minced
  • 2 cloves garlic,smashed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Garnish:
  • 4 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons chives,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put everything but garnish into a stockpot

  • Step 2: Simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally making sure it doesnt boil dry

  • Step 3: Remove bay leaf

  • Step 4: When plating in bowl put chives on . then olive oil on top
