Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 500 grams fettuccini
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
  • 1 brown onion, diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves, diced
  • 125 grams baby Spinach
  • Salt
  • 1.5 tablespoons pepper
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a pot of rapidly boiling salted water, add pasta and cook to packet instructions.

  • Step 2: In a pan on medium heat, add a drizzle of esxtra virgin olive oil and onion and garlic and cook until translucent and then add in the Philadelphia cream cheese and melt down into the pan, add a few spoonfuls of the pasta water to help melt the cream cheese and mix through.

  • Step 3: Grate some parmesan cheese into the pan, mix in and add in the spinach and black pepper and fold through.

  • Step 4: Once the pasta is cooked, ad into the alfredo sauce and coat the pasta in the sauce and fold through some parsley.

  • Step 5: To serve, add fresh parsley, grated parmesan and pepper.
