Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 breasts)
  • 4 tablespoons chef paul prudhome's poultry magic
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 pound linguini
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Chopped tomatoes, for garnish
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook linguini until al dente, drain and set aside.

  • Step 2: Preheat iron frying pan on gas grill at high heat for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3: Put poultry magic seasoning in shallow bowl.

  • Step 4: Put melted butter in a second shallow bowl.

  • Step 5: Dip chicken first in butter on both sides, then in poultry magic.

  • Step 6: Place in preheated frying pan and cook 5-6 minutes on each side.

  • Step 7: While chicken is cooking, melt remaining 6 tablespoons butter in a dutch oven.

  • Step 8: Add half and half and cayenne pepper.

  • Step 9: Heat over medium heat until mixture bubbles.

  • Step 10: Add linguini.

  • Step 11: Cover and reduce heat to low.

  • Step 12: Remove chicken from frying pan and slice into thin strips.

  • Step 13: Serve over hot linguini noodles and garnish with tomatoes and green onions.
