  • 6 ounces dry fettuccine (we like 3 peppercorn)
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil fettuccine according to box instructions, al dente(about 5 minutes); do not over cook

  • Step 2: When the fettuccine is al dente, add the frozen peas to the water, leave for about 2 minutes; drain fettuccine and peas and add to pasta bowl. Add butter cubes, garlic and salt and pepper; toss until butter is melted.

  • Step 3: Serve immediately
