Step 1: Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook chicken, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned all over and then add garlic to pan and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2: Combine Vegemite and boiling water in a small bowl until smooth and then stir in sauces, sugar and vinegar and add to pan and bring to a simmer and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes and continue to simmer, uncovered, turning chicken occasionally, for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is sticky.
Step 3: Serve chicken with Chinese broccoli and steamed rice and Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with chilli.
