Step 1: In a bowl, place the yeast and sugar, and stir until dissolved.
Step 2: Add water, milk, oil and salt, and mix well. Add the flour slowly and knead until a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Step 3: Cover with a clean dish towel and leave it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
Step 4: Roll out the dough into two 12-inch (30 cm) diameter discs, spread half of the pizza tomato sauce on each disc and bake in preheated medium oven (180℃/370℉) for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Distribute the cheeses between the two discs, and return them to the hot oven for another 10 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and pizza is to desired doneness. Remove from oven and serve. Makes 2, 12-inch pizzas
