The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons butter,melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: Heat skillet on top of stove with oil in pan

  • Step 3: Sift dry ingredients

  • Step 4: In another bowl mix wet ingredients

  • Step 5: Combine wet into dry

  • Step 6: Fold in corn

  • Step 7: Pour into hot skillet and put into oven

  • Step 8: Bake for 30 minutes check see if done if not bake longer (they had 60 minutes for double the amount)
