Step 1: Place the oats, nuts, sunflower seeds, dried fruits, apple, juice and yoghurt in a bowl and stir well to combine, then allow to soak for 15 minutes until softened slightly.
Step 2: Meanwhile, place the honey and raspberries (reserving a few to serve) in a blender and whiz until smooth.
Step 3: Divide the Bircher muesli among serving bowls and top with a drizzle of raspberry sauce and serve garnished with the reserved raspberries.
