  • 24 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded,(3 cups)
  • 24 ounces mozzarella cheese,shredded (3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper,chopped
  • 1/3 cup green onions,minced
  • 1 can(4 ounces)mushrooms,sliced
  • 8 ounces deli ham,julienned
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoons parsley,minced
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix cheese in bottom of ungreased 9x13 casserole pan

  • Step 2: Saute bell pepper and onion in butter

  • Step 3: Add drained mushrooms

  • Step 4: Pour over cheese add ham

  • Step 5: In bowl whisk flour milk and eggs

  • Step 6: Add seasonings

  • Step 7: Pour over ham

  • Step 8: Bake in 350 degree oven

  • Step 9: For 40 minutes until set
