The ingredients are:
  • 5 1/2 ounces cooked chicken (Appr. 1 cup, chopped)
  • 1/2 to 1 celery stalk, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Toss all ingredients in large bowl mixing thoroughly but gently, chill before serving.

  • Step 2: Note: To poach chicken, boil in water for 30 minutes with a few chunks of onion, carrot and celery.

  • Step 3: One large chicken will yield about 4 cups of meat. When cooled remove chicken from bone, chop into pieces no bigger than a 1/2 an inch.
