  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled, cut into large bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 cup green peppers,chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 4 pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
