Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1 can (10 ounces) rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can (4 ounces) black olives ,sliced
  • 16 ounces frozen tater tots
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese ,shredded
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 green onions,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef with onions and garlic

  • Step 2: Add taco seasoning to beef

  • Step 3: Drain

  • Step 4: Add to bottom of 9x13 casserole

  • Step 5: Layer refried beans ,olives and rotel

  • Step 6: Add cheese

  • Step 7: Add enough tater tots to cover top

  • Step 8: Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes until browned and bubbly
