  • 2 pounds raw shrimp,thawed, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 can (14 ounces) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons garlic,smashed
  • 1 lime ,zest ,juice
  • 1 tablespoons ginger ,minced
  • 2 green onions,minced
  • 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute shrimp in coconut oil

  • Step 2: Until opaque

  • Step 3: Add sugar

  • Step 4: Take out add garlic ginger and onion

  • Step 5: Add coconut milk

  • Step 6: Simmer for 5 minutes

  • Step 7: Add shrimp back in

  • Step 8: Add lime juice and zest

  • Step 9: Cook for 5 minutes add cream and simmer for a couple minutes to warm cream
