Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium to large onion)
  • 2 cans (2.25 ounce) sliced black olives (two 2.25 ounces cans, 2 small cans)
  • 1 can (127 ml) green chilies (I use mild)
  • 8.8 ounces dry rice (one 8.8 oz package Uncle Ben`s Spanish rice)
  • 1 can (16 ounces) tomato sauce
  • Tortilla chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large skillet brown beef with onions and drain well

  • Step 2: Return beef to skillet. Stir in tomato sauce

  • Step 3: Stir in olives and chili's. Heat till hot.

  • Step 4: Serve as is with beans and salad or serve as nachos with your favorite toppins!
