  • 4 ounces raspberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Topping:
  • 1 egg,beaten
  • 1 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoons sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sift dry ingredients together

  • Step 2: Cut in very cold butter

  • Step 3: Mix wet ingredients together

  • Step 4: Fold in berries and chips

  • Step 6: Turn out onto bench floured board

  • Step 7: Roll out in circle and cut into 8 wedges with pizza cutter

  • Step 8: Mix milk and egg brush over top
