  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup onions,chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce)cream of chicken soup
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 ounces egg noodles, (cooked 5 minutes, and drained)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese ,shredded
  • 1 can (15 ounce)sauerkraut ,drained

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef and onion

  • Step 2: Drain if needed

  • Step 3: Season

  • Step 4: Add soup

  • Step 5: Combine with sauerkraut and milk

  • Step 6: Add noodles and 1/2 the cheese

  • Step 7: Pour into greased 9x13 casserole pan

  • Step 8: Sprinkle rest of cheese on top

  • Step 9: Bake 40 minutes 350 degrees until hot and bubbly
