Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 144 grams 2-minute noodles, chicken flavoured (2 x 72 gram packets)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups peas, corn and capsicum frozen (3 mix vegetable)
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook noodles, following packet directions, reserving seasoning sachets and tyhen crain well and set aside for 15 minutes to cool and then using scissors, cut noodles into 12cm lengths.

  • Step 2: Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl and add noodles, carrot, onion, vegetable mix, cheese and 1 seasoning sachet (discard remaining sachet or save for another use) and stir until well combined.

  • Step 3: Preheat pie maker and spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into each hole and close lid and cook for 10 minutes or until golden and set, transfer to a wire rack to cool and repeat with remaining noodle mixture to make 12 frittatas and serve.
