Step 1: Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2: Sauté mushrooms until tender. Blend in flour.
Step 3: Add milk, stirring constantly.
Step 4: Add wine, mustard, tarragon, salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
Step 5: When heated add crab meat and mix gently.
Step 6: Place mixture in a lightly greased casserole baking dish.
Step 7: Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of melted margarine.
Step 8: Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.
