Step 1: Combine the oats, almond milk, cinnamon and 60 ml (1/4 cup) water in a small saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium-high heat and then reduce heat then cook, stirring often, for 3-4 minutes or until porridge is thick and creamy and transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 2: Top the porridge with the orange and berries and sprinkle with brazil nut, pomegranate and pepitas and drizzle over a little extra milk to serve.
