Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 35 grams rolled oats (1/3 cup)
  • 125 ml unsweetened almond milk, plus extra, to serve (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 orange, pith removed and sliced into rounds
  • 75 grams strawberries, (1/2 cup fresh or thawed) (or blueberries or blackberries)
  • 2 brazil nuts, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils
  • 2 teaspoons pepitas

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the oats, almond milk, cinnamon and 60 ml (1/4 cup) water in a small saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium-high heat and then reduce heat then cook, stirring often, for 3-4 minutes or until porridge is thick and creamy and transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Step 2: Top the porridge with the orange and berries and sprinkle with brazil nut, pomegranate and pepitas and drizzle over a little extra milk to serve.
