Step 1: Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add oil and swirl to coat and then add onion and stir-fry for 1 minute or until just softened and now add mince and stir-fry, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, for 4 to 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 2: Add capsicum, beans, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add chilli jam, lime juice, soy sauce and fish sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
Step 3: Top stir-fry with Thai basil and chilli and serve with steamed rice.
