Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 240 grams peaches in mango jelly (2 x 120 gram tubs)
  • 300 ml cream (thickened cream specified)
  • 340 grams fruit salad, drained (2 x 170 gram tubs)
  • 70 grams meringue nests, coarsely chopped (70 grams)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut jelly into 2cm pieces.

  • Step 2: Beat cream in a small bowl of an electric mixer until soft peaks form and transfer to a large bowl and add fruit salad and meringues and stir until combined.

  • Step 3: Divide two-thirds of the cream mixture evenly among four dessert glasses (12/3 cup-capacity) and top with jelly then remaining cream mixture.

  • Step 4: Just before serving, sprinkle with chocolate.

  • Step 5: TIP: To make grated chocolate, hold a block of chocolate in one hand and drag a vegetable peeler down one narrow side and let chocolate fall onto a sheet of baking paper.
