  • 35 grams rolled oats (1/3 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 90 grams natural yoghurt (1/3 cup)
  • 80 ml unsweetened almond milk (1/3 cup)
  • 45 grams mixed berries, froze and thawed (1/3 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon honey

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the oats, chia, cocoa, yoghurt and almond milk in a bowl or airtight container and cover and place in the fridge overnight.
