  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 115 grams almonds raw (a handful specified)
  • 2 tablespoons LSA seed mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 25 grams chocolate protein powder, optional
  • ALMOND BUTTER DRIZZLE:-
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bliss balls: Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the mixture comes together and then roll the mixture into balls and place in a container lined with baking paper.

  • Step 2: Almond butter drizzle: Add the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine and then drizzle over balls.

  • Step 3: Place the bliss balls into the fridge or freezer for 20 minutes, or until set.

  • Step 4: NOTES - Add a serving of protein powder before blending for an extra protein hit.

  • Step 5: Store in the fridge for up to one week. These bliss balls can also be frozen for up to two weeks.
