  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 can (15 ounces) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup onion,sliced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper,sliced
  • 1 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season meat pound in flour with meat tenderizer mallet can cut into pieces now if you wish

  • Step 2: Fry in hot bacon grease

  • Step 3: Until browned

  • Step 4: Put in 9x13 casserole that already has beef broth ,kitchen bouquet,Worcestershire sauce in it

  • Step 5: Top with onions bell pepper and tomatoes

  • Step 6: Season to taste

  • Step 7: Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours
