  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can (7 ounces)tomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs,soft
  • Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven 350 degrees

  • Step 2: Mix the meatloaf using only 1/2 the can of tomato sauce .using the rest is tomato sauce in the topping sauce

  • Step 3: Put in pan

  • Step 4: Mix the sauce and pour over meatloaf

  • Step 5: Rinsing out tomato sauce can with the water

  • Step 6: Baste 3 or 4 times with the sauce

  • Step 7: Bake 60 minutes or until done
