  • 1/4 cup celery,minced
  • 1/8 cup carrots,grated
  • 1/8 cup red bell pepper,minced
  • 7 ounces raw white rice,(1 cup)
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • Step 8: Simmer

  • Step 9: For 20 minutes
