Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 sweet onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1/2 small red cabbage (chopped)
  • 1/4 small green cabbage (chopped)
  • 2 cucumbers (preferably Kirby)
  • 2 celery, stalks...(cut into 1/4-inch pieces)
  • 1 apple (granny smith)...(cut into 1/4-inch pieces)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl whisk together...mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: Stir in prepared horseradish, sweet onion, fresh dill, red and green cabbage and cucumbers, celery and apple.

  • Step 3: Once mixed serve or keep refrigerated till ready to serve.
