Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 16 ounces mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons red wine

How to Make

  • Step 1: In food processor

  • Step 2: Grate onions and garlic

  • Step 3: Remove stems from caps of mushrooms

  • Step 4: Put onion mixture in stock pot with 1 tablespoons butter and oil

  • Step 5: Saute onions

  • Step 6: Meanwhile process

  • Step 7: Mushroom stems and 1 cup of caps

  • Step 8: When crumbly add to onions adding 2 tablespoons butter

  • Step 9: Now slice rest of mushrooms in thin slices

  • Step 10: When onions lightly browned

  • Step 11: Add tomato paste dont burn and mushroom slices saute about 5 minutes dont burn tomato paste

  • Step 12: Add broth

  • Step 13: Add wine and lemon juice and seasoning

  • Step 14: Simmer 10 minutes
