Step 1: In food processor
Step 2: Grate onions and garlic
Step 3: Remove stems from caps of mushrooms
Step 4: Put onion mixture in stock pot with 1 tablespoons butter and oil
Step 5: Saute onions
Step 6: Meanwhile process
Step 7: Mushroom stems and 1 cup of caps
Step 8: When crumbly add to onions adding 2 tablespoons butter
Step 9: Now slice rest of mushrooms in thin slices
Step 10: When onions lightly browned
Step 11: Add tomato paste dont burn and mushroom slices saute about 5 minutes dont burn tomato paste
Step 12: Add broth
Step 13: Add wine and lemon juice and seasoning
Step 14: Simmer 10 minutes
