Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2: Slice half an inch off the top of the head of garlic in a straight cut so it will lie flat in the ramekin.
Step 3: Drizzle the olive oil into the bottom of the ramekin.
Step 4: Set the garlic into the oil, cut side down.
Step 5: Roast for 40 minutes to an hour depending on how soft you would like your cloves to be.
Step 6: When done, remove from oven carefully. Flip the bulb over to reveal beautifully roasted garlic. Remove cloves and enjoy!
Step 7: Don't forget! The oil you used to roast the garlic is now infused with garlicky goodness. Drizzle it on vegetables or dip some bread in it.
