Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds shrimp (large scraped shrimp)
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt, according to taste.
  • Pepper, as your taste.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 400 grams pineapple (1/2 pineapple, take ½ pineapple, peel it off, and then cut into small cube)
  • 1/2 onion, minced (red onion, is needed)
  • 1 avocado, whole (needed)
  • 1/2 cucumber (and chop it into half pieces)
  • 1/2 bunch watercress (of upland watercress needed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Firstly, take two tablespoons of the olive oil and scrub it on the shrimp. Meanwhile, put in salt and pepper on it according to your taste. After that, grill this off.

  • Step 2: Then take pineapples and brush it with the olive oil. Now broil it. Further, grill it until the pineapple is roasted and shrimp are cooked. Likewise, heat the shrimp for 3 minutes on both sides in the broiler. Finally if u want, you can store the uncooked shrimp in the freezer to use it at any hour of the day for your convenience.

  • Step 3: Secondly, take a large bowl, whisk all the lemon juice over it. After that, add ¼ teaspoon of olive oil and ¼ teaspoon of the salt and pepper in it. Now sprinkle onions on it.

  • Step 4: Thirdly, the pineapples which are being grilled are being cut into small pieces. After that mix the add with having onions in this bowl which are having the cucumber and shrimp. Finally, fold it in watercress and avocado.

  • Step 5: The salad is ready. Enjoy it with your family
