Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 3: Line the bottom of a roasting pan with the potatoes.
Step 4: Spread the horseradish evenly in the chickens cavity
Step 5: Balance the bird breast up on top of the potatoes
Step 6: Sprinkle oil lightly on top
Step 7: And sprinkle with paprika and black pepper.
Step 8: Place pan in the oven, and immediately turn the heat down to 325 degrees.
Step 9: Roast until the potatoes are golden and the chicken is cooked well all the way through.about 2 hours . check
Step 10: Let rest for 10 minutes;
