Step 1: Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Place butter in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Place in oven until butter is melted. Remove from oven.
Step 3: Meanwhile
Step 4: In a large bowl, combine quick bread mix, 1 tablespoon of the orange peel, 1 cup reserved peach liquid and egg
Step 5: Stir 50 to 75 strokes with spoon until mix is moistened.
Step 6: Drop mixture by spoonfuls over butter in pan
Step 7: Spread slightly without stirring. Arrange peaches over mixture.
Step 8: Sprinkle with cranberries.
Step 9: In small bowl
Step 10: Combine sugar and remaining tablespoon orange peel
Step 11: Mix well
Step 12: Sprinkle over fruit.
Step 13: Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown. Cool 20 minutes.
Step 14: Serve warm.
