  • Step 1: Stir cocoa and sugar together in saucepan.

  • Step 2: Add milk

  • Step 3: Stir one way.

  • Step 6: Let cook until soft ball stage.

  • Step 7: Take off heat and add vanilla.

  • Step 8: Stir one way until it starts to thicken.

  • Step 9: Pour over chocolate cake
