  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, cleaned and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups tomato, cut into bite-size wedges
  • 1/2 cup onions, small,cut into rings and separated
  • 1/2 cup italian dressing

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring enough water to a boil to cover asparagus.

  • Step 2: Drop asparagus into water and cook only 3 minutes (no more) when water resumes boiling.

  • Step 3: Drain immediately.

  • Step 4: Rinse in cold water.

  • Step 5: Combine asparagus, tomatoes, onions and dressing.

  • Step 6: Toss.

  • Step 7: Serve chilled.
