  • 1 shallot,minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms,sliced
  • 1 pound broccoli,chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces pepperoni,sliced
  • 4 ounces italian cheese blend,shredded

  • Step 1: Cook the pasta al dente

  • Step 2: Drain ,saving 1/2 cup water

  • Step 3: Meanwhile
