  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil

  • Step 2: Add onions cook until tender

  • Step 3: And garlic

  • Step 4: Add broth can add chicken broth if you wish

  • Step 7: In saute pan heat butter and flour

  • Step 13: Add roux to potato soup

  • Step 14: Stirring don't boil

  • Step 15: Check seasoning and adjust
