  • 2 pounds pears (peeled and cubed, 5 pears)
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root (fresh minced, 1 inch)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest(zest of one lemon)

How to Make
