  • 1 can (15 ounces) refried beans
  • 1 tablespoons bacon grease
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1 can (28 ounces) red enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup tomato,minced
  • 3 green onions ,minced
  • 1 can (4 ounces)black olives,sliced
  • 1 package (8 ounces) corn tortillas,(6 inches)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven 425 degrees

  • Step 2: Deep fry tortillas so they are crisp

  • Step 3: Keep warm

  • Step 4: Meanwhile fry ground beef with taco seasoning

  • Step 5: In another pan heat bacon grease add beans

  • Step 6: Mix sauce and tomatoes together

  • Step 7: To assemble on cookie sheet

  • Step 8: On bottom tortillas

  • Step 9: Add beans in thin layer

  • Step 10: Add sprinkle of ground beef

  • Step 11: Top with second tortilla

  • Step 12: Smear sauce

  • Step 13: Sprinkle with cheese

  • Step 14: Dust with olives and green onions

  • Step 15: Bake 10 minutes until cheese melts

  • Step 16: Watch

  • Step 17: Cut in 4ths
