Step 1: Preheat grill to medium (or spray a grill pan with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat).
Step 2: Sprinkle cut sides of the fruit (peaches - apricots) with nutmeg and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place fruit cut-side down on grill and cook, turning once, for 10 minutes or until charred and softened. Transfer to serving platter.
Step 3: Meanwhile, combine the next 3 ingredients (yogurt - almond extract) in a small bowl. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture over each fruit half and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon pistachios.
