  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons parsley,minced
  • 1 green onion,minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: In 9x13 casserole mix potatoes, onions peppers,herbs and corn

  • Step 6: Mix milk eggs seasonings but Not paprika to taste

  • Step 7: Pour over casserole
