Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 1/4 red capsicum, seeded and sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 100 grams ramen noodles (or hokkien or Singapore), rinsed in boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan on high heat and stir-fry capsicum for 2-3 minutes, until just tender.

  • Step 2: Add remaining oil to pan with broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 3: Toss noodles through vegetables along with the sauces and stir-fry 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  • Step 4: Ladle into serving bowl and serve.
