Step 1: Cook the noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes, adding the snow peas for the last 1 minute of cooking and then refresh under cold water and drain well.
Step 2: Heat a grill on medium-high and line a baking tray with foil.
Step 3: Combine salmon and 2 tablespoons of the dressing in a medium bowl and arrange salmon, skin-side down, on the lined tray and cook for 5 minutes or until just cooked through and then coarsely flake.
Step 4: Add the remaining dressing to the noodle mixture and toss to combine and then divide among serving plates and top with the salmon and sprinkle with the dukkah.
