  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth

  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds ,browned
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make a roux of butter and flour

  • Step 2: Cook until light brown

  • Step 3: Add broth

  • Step 4: Cook until thickened

  • Step 5: Meanwhile pan fry smoked chops until warm

  • Step 6: When sauce is thick season

  • Step 7: Add horseradish

  • Step 8: Heat to bubbly

  • Step 9: Take off heat

  • Step 10: Add sour cream (they called for a cup)

  • Step 11: Put sauce on plate and top with a chop

  • Step 12: Add cooked gnocchi to the side

  • Step 13: Sprinkle with almonds which you could brown
