  • 8 cups turkey stock
  • 8 ounces cooked turkey meat ,diced
  • 10 ounces uncooked cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • Step 1: In stock pot

  • Step 2: Heat oil

  • Step 3: Add carrots onion and celery
