Step 3: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers (if using wooden skewers soak for 30 minutes in water first.
Step 4: Heat a chargrill pan or barbecue to high heat and grease and grill the chicken skewers, turning once, for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through and charred.
Step 5: Rest for 5 minutes, then scatter with coriander leaves and serve with sambal and lime halves
